Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 4, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the speech-to-text and related services (the "Service") provided by Radoslav Dodnikov ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Radoslav Dodnikov.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service
The Service lets you upload audio or video files and receive automated transcripts, including multi-speaker separation. Future features (such as image-to-text/OCR) may be added or modified at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- upload content you do not have the right to process, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent any technical limits.
5. Your account & content
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of the audio, video, and transcripts you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process User Content solely to provide the Service.
6. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, models, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.
7. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal.
8. Service availability & warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcripts will be fully accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your User Content after a reasonable export window.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radoslav Dodnikov is established. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
