How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please:

• visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• contact us at support@speechtotext.dev and we will help you submit the request.

Cancellations & renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of your current paid period and will not be charged again.
