Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement describes how STT AI processes personal data in customer content when providing transcription services.
It is intended as a practical summary and should be reviewed with legal counsel before being used as a signed agreement.
Processing activities
Processing may include receiving uploaded audio or video, generating transcripts, storing files and transcripts, displaying them in the app, supporting exports, and providing customer support.
Customer content may include voices, names, meeting details, interview responses, or other personal data chosen by the customer.
Security measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect customer content against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Access to production systems and customer support workflows is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need.
Sub-processors
We may use sub-processors for hosting, storage, transcription infrastructure, authentication, payments, analytics, and support.
Sub-processors are expected to protect personal data according to their agreements with us and applicable legal requirements.
